I utilise all my spare moments. I've read twenty-seven of the Hundred Best Books. I collect ferns.

About This Quote

I utilise all my spare moments. I've read twenty-seven of the Hundred Best Books. When I was younger I used to read a lot. My favourite book was, "The Lord of The Rings" by J.R.R.

Tolkien. I still like to read but it has become something that I do only when I have spare time (such as after work or on weekends). I no longer feel like reading every night; it is not something that I do because it is what I want to do.

Instead, it is something that I do because it is what needs doing (such as getting some work done or spending time with my beloved dog).
